Every loaf, every pastry, every cup is made the way it should be — slowly, carefully, and with real ingredients. Welcome to your corner of Seattle.
Our Story
Cafe An'Clair started with a simple belief: that a neighborhood bakery should feel like coming home. At 826 Thomas St, right where 9th and Thomas meet, we built something intentional — a space where the bread is baked before dawn, the coffee is pulled with care, and the people who walk in are treated like regulars from day one.
Our pastries are laminated by hand. Our sourdough ferments for 48 hours. We source our flour, our dairy, and our produce from Pacific Northwest farms. This isn't about trends. It's about doing the work properly, every single morning.
